PHP and Kafka Pub-Sub Example using Confluent Cloud

In this article we will create a Kafka cluster in the Confluent Cloud platform, then we will use the credentials we just created to connect with a local PHP app. We will create a simple Producer and Consumer in PHP that will send and consume messages through Confluent Cloud.
